Feeding Guidelines/Directions for UseInternal administration – Preparation of AniCanis® Elm Bark Sirup for Dogs and Cats:

Put 150-200 ml of cool purified water into a stainless steel saucepan. Add approx 5 gram of AniCanis® slippery elm powder. Bring the ingredients to a simmer over a low flame, stir constantly. Simmer about two minutes or until it slightly thickens to a syrupy consistency.Cool the mixture, pour through a sieve in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.

Depending on the situation and need, you can now administer approx. 5 ml per 10 kg body weight of the elm syrup to your dog or cat several times a day. The best way to do this is to draw up the cold elm bark syrup with a standard 5 ml syringe (without a needle!!!) and administer it directly into your animal's mouth.

Ideally, AniCanis® Elm Bark Syrup for Dogs and Cats should be administered approx. 30 - 45 minutes before the usual feeding or medication. If direct oral administration is refused, you can try to mix the elm bark syrup with a small amount of your dog's or cat's "favourite food

As an experienced veterinary natural health practitioner and animal lover, we searched together with our veterinarian and nutritionist for dogs for a feed that meets our expectations of good dog food. Without success. Therefore, we decided to become active ourselves and developed naftie – natural things for animals (loosely translated from German). The first dog food to our taste: Only with high-quality ingredients, 100% organic and, if possible, fresh from the region. Of course, we do not use any flavour enhancers and artificial additives.
