Bambinchen is an infant nutrition made on the basis of goat milk protein. Bambinchen 1 may be used from birth on. After 6 months on you may use Bambinchen 2 Follow-On Infant Nutrition (after 6 months) 400 g.
Breast feeding should always come first. There is no alternative to breast milk!
If you feed Bambinchen 1 in addition to breast milk, please breastfeed your baby first and then continue to feed with Bambinchen, if the breast milk is not sufficient. Thus you achieve, that your breast milk production is sustained.
1 can of Bambinchen yields approximately 3 liters of prepared feed. If used to feed exclusively, one can will last approximately 3 days.

Why goat milk? More and more people are suffering from cow milk allergy. Once this intolerance is recognized, individuals should avoid all cows milk proteins for a long time. Goat milk is - as opposed to cow milk - base-forming. Thus, it contributes to a balanced acid-base household and is greatly appreciated by health conscious consumers as a healthy drink and a milk base for porridge (also mashed potatoes, rice porridge, etc.).
Why is goat milk tolerated so well? The protein of the goat milk is compared to that of breast milk, because it has the property to flocculate in smaller and lighter particles than the protein in cow milk. Because the fat globules are smaller, too, goat milk is preferably used by people with sensitive stomachs and used for the production of infant nutrition based on goat milk. Furthermore, goat milk contains more whey proteins and nitrogen-containing non-protein substances than cow milk. Especially striking is the high content of free peptides and amino acids. Goat milk not only contains the pro-vitamins of vitamin A (carotene), but the finished vitamin A.
Because of the following our products from Dairy Goat are not organically certified The goats are free range grazing animals fed exclusively from the lush grasses and herbs of the sprawling New Zealand pastures. Only in the New Zealand winter hay is fed supplementary.
An organic certification according to the European regulations would improve the milk quality-wise in no way and would not change the way the goats are being kept, but considerably raise the price of the milk. Due to punitive tariffs imposed on imported milk products by the EU considerably above 7 % we have decided, not to unnecessarily increase the cost of this naturally pure product through the certification.
