Alpaca Summer Duvet | Albwolle

Sleep easier in summer with a lightweight alpaca duvet designed to enhance the quality of your sleep. The German eco brand Albwolle uses fibres which has been sourced exclusively from its own alpaca breeding. The very light quilt with approx. 550 grams alpaca fleece filling and the GOTS certified organic cotton ticking is ideal for summer or for those who tend to get too hot and wish to avoid overheating. The materials are free from any harmful substances. The fabric is breathable, very soft to the touch, cuddly and is incredibly light. Albwolle’s bedding is locally produced and has an excellent ecological footprint.

Compared to other types of common duvet fillings like feather, down, and synthetics you'll notice a difference immediately. Albwolle’s sustainable range of bedding is designed to keep you sleeping for longer at just the right temperature. The unique combination of wool filling and certified organic cotton cover allow this summer duvet to manage heat and moisture to effectively reduce humidity throughout the night, bringing you natural healthy sleep.

With a fiber fineness between 22 and 28 microns, the hair is not too fine to pass through the cover. This is made of fine, dense percale, a linen weave cotton fabric that was produced according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Thanks to this combination, the alpaca duvet is moisture-wicking and thermoregulating and ensures a pleasant sleeping climate.

The summer duvet is filled with soft, temperature-balancing alpaca fibres and can be combined with another alpaca quilt for a winter duvet.

Care InstructionsRegularly air your duvet and pillows outdoors – especially on hot, dry, sunny, breezy days. This should be enough to keep your bedding fresh, especially if you frequently change your pillowcases and covers. If required, dry clean gently in low temperatures. Make sure that your dry cleaning service follows instructions for woollen products.
