Ordering at Greenpicks
1. Add to Cart
Once you have decided for a sustainable product and have choosen colour and size if necessary, you can add the desired product to the shopping cart. Simply click on the button "Add to Cart".
Articles that are in your shopping cart, will only be reserved obligatory for you after the completion of your order.
2. Shopping Cart Overview
After you have clicked on "Add to Cart", the current shopping cart is shown in an overview in a new window. Optionally, you can "continue shopping" or "view shopping cart". If you click on the button “view shopping cart” you are forwarded to the shopping cart summary.
Here you can
➊ Put the article on your wish list (save for later; only as a registered customer)
➋ Edit (redirect to the product detail page)
➌ Remove product(s)
➍ Modify quantity
➎ Enter a promotion code
➏ Continue shopping
➐ Proceed to check out
The current shopping cart will also appear if you move your mouse on top of the screen on the shopping bag. Optionally, you can "continue shopping" or “view shopping cart".
3. One-Page-Checkout
By clicking on "View Shopping Cart" you get to the so-called "One-Page-checkout".

Then just log in with your email address and your password and finish your shopping. Continue as described at 3.
➋ Simply order without registering.
If you want to order as a guest, please enter your name and address.
a) Create an account for later use.
b) Shipping to this address is enabled by default. If you want to enter a different address eg another delivery address, please disable the feature and enter the new delivery address in the fields appearing below.
c) Sign up for our free newsletter.
➌ Select the shipping method.
➍ Select a payment method.
➎ If you have a discount code please enter it here.
➏ See your complete orders again in the overview. Is everything okay?
➐ In order to complete the purchase, please accept the Terms and Conditions and Return Policies of the shop(s).
➑ Click the button "order in obligation”.
Afterwards you will receive an automated confirmation of your order to your e-mail address.
In the further course the seller (or different sellers, if you have ordered in several shops) sends to you with a separate shipping confirmation that he/they accept(s) your offer and the ordered good(s) is/are delivered. Thus, the legal sales contract between you and the seller is completed.
Hint: Please wait until the system has processed your order, so that the automated confirmation of your order can be delivered to your e-mail address. Do not use the back button of your browser till the order process has been finished.

Our own business: At Greenpicks sustainability is in every single detail – with conviction. We use green electricity, have a green bank account, let our flyers be printed green and much more:
- Our website is hosted “green” with 100% waterpower (green electricity).
- We receive our electricity from “NaturStrom”. We keep our power consumption as low as possible, for example through the use of switchable power strips and energy-saving illuminants.
- For our flyers, business cards etc. we use recycled paper and petroleum-free natural colors. They are printed at a green printer.
- We use as little paper as possible. And if so, then we only use recycled paper.
- Our business account we keep with the EthikBank.
- To move forward we use public transport, bicycle, train and as little as possible the car.
- We are committed to the economical use of consumable goods and put emphasis on mindful consumption.
- We focus on long-lasting quality products.
- Also in private we take great pleasure in ecologically produced products, e.g. foodstuff, natural cosmetics, natural textiles, household and drugstore products.
