Each olive wood fork is unique and has a different grain. The wooden cutlery is a sustainable alternative for disposable plastic forks. As a serving fork, the 20 cm long olive wood fork goes well with a rustic buffet or with supper for cheese and cold cuts. Made in Germany by D.O.M.
With an engraving, the wooden fork becomes a personal gift.

- Hint Engraving: For this item, the position of the engraving is always about 1-2 cm from the end of the handle. Handle always on the right. The more capitals, small letters, or numbers, the smaller the font. Due to heavy grain, there may be minor deviations from the position of the engraving.

Note for order processing: The engraving is done by hand. The delivery time is about 1 week and about 2 weeks in foreign countries. We already set the shipping status in the system to "shipped" as soon as we have prepared the item for the engraving and he goes to the special department. Therefore, it may be that the actual shipping is only 2 to 3 days later, because there is still time needed for the engraving. But normally the engraving process is quickly completed.
If no font is selected, the font "Berlin Sans FB" will be engraved.
A return according to the right of withdrawal is not possible with individual personalised articles. Of course, this does not apply to reasonable complaints.

Terms of delivery
We will ship within 4-5 business days after conclusion of contract (the delivery period begins after receipt of payment). Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 –5 business days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 5 – 7 business days. When paying in advance the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
We ship by mail up to 1kg. From 1kg we ship with UPS, if necessary with DHL.
For international mail we use Post / DHL or UPS as a service provider

The drying of the olive wood takes place outdoors. Drying systems are not used. After drying, the wood is further processed: sawed, turned, drilled and finely ground. And brought to shine with a few drops of pure olive oil. The raw material olive wood is used from the trunk to the small pieces of olive wood. Even the chips or remnants are processed in the products or benefit the customer. For example, the chips of saws as smoker wood in the BBQ area.

The only transport of the raw material is the way to us and the shipping of an order from our workshop to the customer. The further processing is designed to save resources, since the storage for drying of olive wood takes place outdoors.

Reduction of pollutant
The olive wood is brought to shine with a few drops of pure olive oil. No use of varnish. Also, the wood glue used by us does not contain any solvents.

Olive wood is a raw material with a high hardness and density, which is extremely durable even under daily stress and which is extremely resistant to many substances and mechanical influences such as fats, hot cookware or sharp knife blades.

Each article gets an individual signature and becomes unique with its own story.
