The merino wool has been processed without the use of harmful chemicals. The terry cloth is dyed eco-friendly according to the guidelines of the International Association of Natural Textile Industry (IVN).

Sleeping Bags and TOGThe tog rating or weight of a sleep sack determines its thickness and therefore how warm it keeps your child. Sleeping bags for babies are offered in 4 TOG values of 0.5-3.5. The higher the tog rating (weight) the warmer the sleeping bag. The recommendation is based on the room temperature in which the child sleeps. Whether your baby feels comfortable and sleeps in the right sleeping bag, you can easily find out. Cool hands or feet are quite normal, but if they are cold and pale, then the little ones need more warmth. If, on the other hand, it starts to sweat at the neck or if the head is warm or red, the sleeping bag is too thick. These are guidelines only – you should always check your baby to make sure they don’t overheat. Remember it is better to be cool than hot and it is quite normal for the baby’s hands and arms to be cool. Feel the nape of your baby’s neck – if it is damp then your baby might be too warm.

Washing instructions: We recommend to wash woolen clothes cold in the wool wash cycle of the washing machine. Precondition is that the washing machine has a special wool cycle and a temperature setting of less than 30° C is possible. Please use a mild detergent for woollens or a mild detergent. Take care that either a spin stop is set or the spin speed is not set above 700 rpm.For hand washing, please note the following: Please wash virgin wool with a mild detergent not exceeding 30° C (use bath thermometer). The clothing must not be rubbed hard or otherwise exposed to high mechanical stress. The laundry should not be soaked longer than 5 minutes. Be careful during the rinse cycles that no major temperature changes occur to the washing temperature. So preferably use the same temperature with all washing and rinsing cycles. Higher temperatures or excessive rubbing lead to tangle.
