INGREDIENTS: red lentils* (45%), oat flakes (gluten-free)*, sunflower seeds*, coconut flakes*, corn starch*, anise*, cinnamon*, turmeric*, orange peel*, vanilla*, salt* from certified organic farming (DE-ÖKO-006, EU-/Not EU-Agriculture)

Organic Lentils Cookies BASIC RECIPRE:

225g package contents for approx. 30 cookies: Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl, add 70 g alternative sweetener and mix with 100ml lukewarm water (less water if using liquid sweetener) and 40 ml oil. Leave to soak for 30 minutes. Portion the dough with a teaspoon onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180° C (fan oven 170° C).VARIATIONS: Sunflower oil can be replaced by coconut fat – refine with cranberries or raisins as desired..
